What year is your truck? Sounds like a LB7, they have the most problems with fuel in oil. If it is a LB7 more likey it's injectors. I have never heard of the cp3 putting fuel in the engine oil but it could happen LB7 fuel in oila couple questions. I would have to disagree, fuel in the oil thins your oil and changes every aspect of your oil. You can easily spin a bearing and LB7's are known for loosing cam and crank bearings due to excessive wear from fuel being in the oil bc of the notorious injector issues.
